Reserving Multiple Registration Spots for Monthly Meeting Seminars

Members: As a Wired Woman member you can purchase tickets for both members and non-members at the same time. Only one member ticket can be purchased per transaction per customer. This is to ensure that all members will receive their membership discount when registering online.

Non-Members: In addition, if you are purchasing for a group, you can purchase  multiple tickets for non-members on each credit-card transaction. Up to ten non-member tickets may be purchased per transaction per customer. If you purchase for more than one non-member, only the total dollar amount for all of the tickets will appear on your receipt.

Registration Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing (mail or e-mail) 48 hours prior to the event start time to avoid a full charge. All transactions made by credit card will be refunded to the same credit card. A cancellation fee of $10 will apply to all cancellations after this date. All purchases received by Wired Woman Society Toronto indicate a commitment of financial responsibility by the purchaser unless the cancellation policy is followed.

To Cancel an Event Registration: Please send an e-mail the Vancouver Chapter Registration Team to be refunded for online event registrations. A registration may declined by the Internet Secure payment system for several reasons, including user error and/or rejection of the payment by your bank.

Why Was My Payment Refused by Internet Secure a Second Time?

Internet Secure has an anti-fraud security feature that will automatically refuse any subsequent transaction requests that are made immediately after you complete the payment process (this applies to both successful and declined transactions).

If you enter a wrong membership or credit card number when attempting to register for an event, please wait at least an hour before you attempt to register again through Internet Secure payment system (this will allow the system to clear itself of your information). We appreciate your patience in this matter.
